Team & Roles
Admin, Editor and Viewer — what each can do, and what the audit log records.
Three roles are available in Settings → Team:
- Admin — full access including billing, team, and destructive operations.
- Editor — can create and modify content, playlists, schedules, and screens.
- Viewer — read-only.
Every mutation is recorded in the audit log with the user’s ID, IP, route, and a JSON diff of the change. Admins can review the history at /v1/audit-logs.
