Team and roles
Admin, Editor and Viewer: what each can do, and what the audit log records.
Three roles are available in Settings → Team:
- Admin: full access including billing, team, and destructive operations.
- Editor: can create and modify content, playlists, schedules, and screens.
- Viewer: read-only.
Every change is recorded in the audit log with who made it, their IP address, what was changed, and the values before and after. The log is kept for your organization’s records; the dashboard has no page for browsing it yet.
