Today's date, large, with the day's schedule beside it. Twenty-nine fields cover the date treatment and a list of events with times, so it works as the one screen someone glances at on the way in. It is a manual board, not a calendar feed, which suits a fixed weekly rhythm better than a busy shared calendar — the effort is in the first setup and then a weekly edit. For a room-by-room view use the Meeting Room templates instead.
