A door sign for one room: name, status, the meeting in progress and the next one due. Seven fields, and the status is a field rather than a calendar integration — which is the honest trade. It is quicker to set up and it will not go wrong at 9am, but somebody or something has to set it. On a tablet outside a room it answers the only question anyone asks in that corridor, which is whether they can walk in.
