The fuller room display: twenty-two fields adding floor and capacity, richer status text, and more of the day's bookings than the single next slot. It is the version to use where people are hunting for a free room rather than checking one they have already booked, because seeing the rest of the day is what tells them whether to wait. Sized for a screen beside the door rather than a small tablet on it. Like Meeting Room 1 the status is set rather than read from a calendar, so decide up front who owns it — an out-of-date room sign is worse than none, because people stop trusting the whole floor's displays.
