Today’s Bookings (Art Deco) template
Hotels, spas, members’ clubs, restaurants with a concierge desk
This template needs your own API key. It shows no data without one. It ships with placeholders, and every screen running it displays a “connect your key” notice until you paste real values in. Nothing here is gated behind a Sheencast add-on: the data comes from your own account at that service, over your own key, against your own quota there.
You supply: Calendly personal access token (Integrations → API & webhooks). Shows event names, times and host only — never invitee names. The key is stored with the template in your Sheencast account and is sent only from your own screens to that service. Sheencast neither supplies nor proxies this data, and can't show it to you without your key.
Use a read-only, narrowly scoped key. A key pasted here travels to every screen playing this template and is readable by anyone who can open the template in your dashboard or the page source on the screen itself. Every service below offers a read-only credential limited to a single base, team, repository or calendar. Create that one, not a full-access key, and revoke it at the service if a screen is ever lost.
The template running live, rendered the way your screens render it.
The concierge board: the day’s Calendly appointments in gold on deep ground, inside a stepped deco frame. Same data and same privacy stance as the Print version — event names, times and host only, never invitee names — and the same requirement that you supply your own Calendly token before it shows anything of yours. Use it where the schedule is part of the hospitality rather than part of the admin.
