Welcome Screen 2 template
Reception desks, client visits, interview days
A live render, produced by the same engine your screens run — not a screenshot.
A named welcome — greeting, guest or company name, a message, and the venue and location lines underneath. Eleven fields, and the whole value is in the first one being right. A visitor seeing their own company name on the screen as they walk in is the cheapest good impression available to a reception desk, and it takes about fifteen seconds to set before they arrive. Keep a generic version in the rotation for the rest of the day. If the same visitor is in weekly, vary the message line rather than leaving it identical — a welcome that has obviously not been touched since March reads worse than a plain greeting.
