Airtable Records (Glass) template
Modern offices, studios, coworking lobbies running on Airtable
This template needs your own API key — it shows no data without one. It ships with placeholders, and every screen running it displays a “connect your key” notice until you paste real values in. Nothing here is gated behind a Sheencast add-on: the data comes from your own account at that service, over your own key, against your own quota there.
You supply: Airtable Base ID (starts app… — from your base URL), Airtable token — create a READ-ONLY personal access token (scope data.records:read) limited to this one base. The key is stored with the template in your Sheencast account and is sent only from your own screens to that service — Sheencast neither supplies nor proxies this data, and cannot show it to you without your key.
Use a read-only, narrowly scoped key. A key pasted here travels to every screen playing this template and is readable by anyone who can open the template in your console or the page source on the screen itself. Every service below offers a read-only credential limited to a single base, team, repository or calendar — create that one, not a full-access key, and revoke it at the service if a screen is ever lost.

The frosted version of the Airtable board — same three nominated columns, same five-minute refresh, on a glass card over drifting colour. It needs your own read-only Airtable token to show your data; until you add one it displays sample rows under a notice that says exactly that, and stays silent on the network. Choose this over the Swiss one where the screen sits in a public or client-facing space and the board is meant to look like part of the room rather than part of the operations stack.

Designed at 1920×1080. It scales to the screen, so a 1080p panel and a 4K one both get a full-bleed render.
