Airtable Records (Swiss) template
Ops teams, agencies, schools, anyone who already runs on Airtable
This template needs your own API key — it shows no data without one. It ships with placeholders, and every screen running it displays a “connect your key” notice until you paste real values in. Nothing here is gated behind a Sheencast add-on: the data comes from your own account at that service, over your own key, against your own quota there.
You supply: Airtable Base ID (starts app… — from your base URL), Airtable token — create a READ-ONLY personal access token (scope data.records:read) limited to this one base. The key is stored with the template in your Sheencast account and is sent only from your own screens to that service — Sheencast neither supplies nor proxies this data, and cannot show it to you without your key.
Use a read-only, narrowly scoped key. A key pasted here travels to every screen playing this template and is readable by anyone who can open the template in your console or the page source on the screen itself. Every service below offers a read-only credential limited to a single base, team, repository or calendar — create that one, not a full-access key, and revoke it at the service if a screen is ever lost.

Your Airtable table on the wall, in Swiss discipline: three columns you nominate by field name, seven rows, refreshed every five minutes. This one needs your own Airtable token — without it the board shows clearly-labelled sample rows and a standing notice saying so, and makes no request at all. Create a read-only personal access token scoped to a single base rather than a general one: a token pasted here travels to every screen playing the board, and a read token can see every table in the base it is scoped to, so point it at a base that holds display data. Good for a task list, a duty roster, a stock count, a leaderboard — anything already maintained in Airtable by someone who should not have to maintain a sign as well.
