A named celebration with a type, an icon, a message, an optional photo and a gradient — eleven fields. It is the template most likely to make somebody's day for the least effort, and the one most likely to sit unused because nobody owns it. Give it to whoever keeps the team calendar and put it in the break-room rotation; a photo turns it from a notice into something people stop for. Set the photo URL where you have one; the difference in how long people look at a name with a face beside it and a name on its own is not subtle.
