A forty-four-field drinks list built as two columns with a header badge, descriptions and prices. Drinks lists change more often than food menus and in smaller increments — a keg runs out, a guest tap arrives — which is exactly the editing pattern a screen is good at and a printed list is not. The description lines are worth filling in properly: on a drinks board they do more selling than the item names. Keep a second copy in the playlist with the guest lines emptied, so a Sunday afternoon list is one schedule change rather than an editing session.
