The service notice set like a transit alert: a red band, the car number on a black plate, and the three answers people want — when it is back, what to use instead, and the step-free route — as ruled rows. It has the same twenty-one fields as the original Elevator Out of Service, so a building that already has one filled in can switch the look without retyping a word.
