The general-purpose notice, for when you need words on a screen in the next two minutes and you do not want to think about layout. A label chip, a title, a message, and a footer note, with a side panel stamp for a date or a department. It carries a longer message than the banner templates without turning into a wall of text, and because the background is a field you can color-code by kind — one shade for facilities, another for HR — so regulars learn what a notice is about before they have read it.
