A time-boxed offer board with the venue, the days, the window, and start and end times entered in 24-hour form — thirty-two fields covering the offer list and the styling. Stating the window explicitly is what keeps the argument at the bar short at one minute past. Schedule it to play only during the hours it advertises and it stops being a sign somebody has to remember to take down. Enter the start and end times in 24-hour form even though the display shows them however you have worded the window; the fields are used for the timing, not just the label.
