The quote and the fun fact are what stop it reading like an org chart entry, and they are the fields to fight for when you collect them. Runs well as a weekly slot in a back-of-house rotation, which also gives new hires a way to put faces to the names on their first week. Collect the answers two weeks ahead in a single message rather than chasing them on the Friday — the reason this rotation dies is always the gathering, never the screen.
