Sheencast vs Fugo
Fugo publishes $20 per screen per month on Essential billed annually, or $24 monthly. We charge a flat monthly price per plan. Here is what that means at a few screen counts.

Their free tier: One free screen, watermarked.
What Fugo does better
- TV dashboards are the specialty — securely putting BI and internal dashboards on screens is what the product is built around.
- Employee-communication features aimed at internal comms teams.
- One watermarked screen stays free indefinitely, alongside a 14-day trial with full Core features.
What we do better
- A large price difference at every screen count — at their cheapest tier, ten screens are $200 a month against $29 flat.
- Three free screens with no watermark, against one with.
- A screen is a browser opening a URL; there is no player to install.
The honest summary
If you run a handful of screens and care most about monthly cost, the flat plan wins and the gap grows with every screen. If you need the breadth of Fugo's app catalog, their template library, or bundled player hardware, those are real things we do not have, and no amount of price difference substitutes for a feature you need.
