Their free tier: Free trial only — no permanently free plan.

What ScreenCloud does better

  • A mature enterprise offering: dedicated onboarding, deployment support and an enterprise tier with a named contact.
  • A deep app and integration ecosystem, and analytics built for large estates.
  • A free player device on annual plans.

What we do better

  • A very large price difference at every screen count — this is the widest gap of the three.
  • A free plan that does not expire, rather than a trial.
  • No hardware and no install; you can test it on a screen you already own this afternoon.

The honest summary

If you run a handful of screens and care most about monthly cost, the flat plan wins and the gap grows with every screen. If you need the breadth of ScreenCloud's app catalog, their template library, or bundled player hardware, those are real things we do not have, and no amount of price difference substitutes for a feature you need.
