OptiSigns figures use their cheapest published paid tier ($10 per screen per month on Standard, or $9 billed annually), taken from their pricing page and checked on 11 August 2026. Sheencast figures are 3 screens free, then $29 a month for up to 25 screens, then $99 a month with no screen limit. Both exclude tax and any hardware.

Their free tier: Up to three screens, with OptiSigns branding on your content.

What OptiSigns does better

  • A large integration and app catalog, well beyond what we ship.
  • More plan tiers, so you can buy exactly the feature set you need.
  • A free tier that also covers three screens. On price alone, at three screens, there's nothing between us.

What we do better

  • Our free tier puts no branding on your content. Theirs does, which matters on a customer-facing menu board.
  • Flat pricing rather than per screen: at ten screens the difference is substantial, and it grows.
  • Nothing to install on the device.

Which to choose

If you run a handful of screens and care most about monthly cost, the flat plan wins and the gap grows with every screen. If your screens depend on an integration from OptiSigns' catalog, check that first: we ship far fewer, and a lower price doesn't replace a feature you need.
