Lot status as outlined tiles with a color edge — green open, yellow filling, red full — beside a shuttle column that counts down the next three departures against a live clock. The countdown reads the times you type, in 12- or 24-hour form, and stays silent rather than guess when a departure is long gone. The black strip at the bottom is for tonight’s exception, which is the line people actually stop to read. Thirty-five fields, most of them the four lots and the three departures.
