The waiting room as a departures board: the current wait on two giant flip tiles, the queue details on small ones, everything else painted on the board the way a terminal stencils its labels. The mechanical style does something subtle for a stressful room — a split-flap board reads as infrastructure, and infrastructure feels fair.
