A department-and-floor list, which is the single most useful thing a lobby screen can show and the thing most lobby screens do worst. Nine fields for the title and the department/floor pairs. The reason to do it on a screen rather than an engraved board is that tenants move: a new arrival on the third floor is a field edit, not a sign-maker's quote. Keep it in a rotation with a Welcome Screen and it will earn the display on its own.
