The room’s state as one word at two hundred and thirty pixels — in the accent when free, in red when busy — with the room name and capacity above and Now and Next beneath a hairline. The status is a dropdown, so a screen by the door flips from Available to In use without retyping the word. Thirteen fields, four of them colours, including the busy red.
